OVERVIEW PRODUCTION PROCESS

   Vertically integrated production, which includes processing of raw material (steel), with a wire extrusion machine for cross-sectional shaping according to the dimensions of chains.
   Automated 5 lines of chains manufacturing with automatic bending and welding machines.
   Finishing of chains surface, with electroplated galvanizing in 6 meter long tanks and hot-dip galvanizing continuous flow line, for chains applications in acidic and marine environment (shipping chains).
   Finished product manufacturing snow chains, all types of vehicles (passenger, trucks and snow plows).
